The 2 senior regional teams train from September to March indoors on a Wednesday evening at St Oscar Romero Catholic School, Worthing. During the summer there is open training every Wednesday throughout August at St Oscar Romero.  The regional Head Coach is Katie Pearcy, assistant coach is Jenny Coe.

Our adult and U19 regional home matches are played at Davison Leisure Centre, Worthing BN11 2JX, spectators always welcome!

Our U19 regional team trains every other Tuesday evening from September to March indoors at St Oscar Romero Catholic School, Worthing. The Head Coach is Ali Hall and assistant is Claire Siriano.

Our U16 regional team trains every other Tuesday evening from September to March indoors at St Oscar Romero Catholic School, Worthing. The Head Coach is Tina Price assisted by Katie Pearcy.

Our U13 regional team trains every other Tuesday evening from September to March indoors at St Oscar Romero Catholic School, Worthing. The coaches are Shelby Harris and Tori Soro.

Our U12 and U14 teams play in the Sussex County Leagues - currently coached by Emily Rushton and Phoebe Whitelam.

Junior regional matches are played at St Oscar Romero Catholic School, Worthing on a Saturday.

Our junior club train on a Saturday morning at Worthing College.  Girls in school years 2-6 train from 9-10am, years 7-9 train from 10.15-11.30am.  The coaches are Ali Hall, Peter Carter, Claire Siriano, Sarah Briggs, Emily Rushton, Hollie Smith, Kaz Bridle, Keira Siriano, Emma Taylor, Phoebe Whitelam.
